Each flex office is rented out by the day at a flat rate of $125/day. We offer a Flex Office package that gives you more access to amenities and plus monthly credits that equal 6 days a month.

This beautiful, elegant grand meeting room was designed for professionals needing flexibility, simplicity and the highest level of impressive spaces, Maples is the premier choice for legal, financial, psychological services or other business professionals. During your rental time, you’ll have access to a community printer and copier, wifi, and refreshments.

Rental Rates

$55/hr - during this time you have access to a community printer, TV, refreshments, restrooms and conference phone.

$390/day (8 hours) - Find yourself needing more than a few hours? This meeting room is available at a discounted daily rate.

VINCENT MEETING ROOM

This room is perfect for up to 4 people to comfortably meet. Hence the name, this room was named after William Vincent Astor. The original owner of this beautiful mansion. During your rental time, you’ll have access to a community printer and copier, wifi, and refreshments.

Rental Rates

$35/hour - during this time you and your guests have access to the community printer, located in the room for your convenience. There is a conference phone that can be used during meetings.

$290/day (8 hours) - If you need more than a few hours, enjoy this meeting room for a discounted daily price.
